The free plan is a demonstration of how the service works. It runs a single assessment against a limited part of the legal corpus and returns an HTML report without EUR-Lex references. Paid plans cover more of the corpus, allow more assessments and add further report formats.
Logic trace — the per-conclusion derivation showing which rule produced each result — is available on the Expert plan only.
What every plan includes
Every report identifies the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 that may apply to the system you describe, and shows the version and date of the legal corpus it was produced from. Classification is produced by a deterministic rule engine; explanatory text is generated separately. How this works is described in the Recommendation Technology Rules.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and access continues until that date.
You can move to a different plan from your account. A change takes effect from the next billing period.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Your purchase contract is with Paddle, which handles payment, invoicing, taxes and refunds. The service itself is provided and supported by Aimperia LLC, Georgia.
Refunds
A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment: request a refund within 30 days and it is granted in full, no reason required. Renewal payments may be refunded within 14 days of the renewal. Full terms are in the Refund Policy.
