Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through this website. Your purchase contract is with Paddle. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, taxes, refunds and all billing-related support. The service itself is provided and supported by Aimperia LLC.

Try before you pay

A free plan is available. It runs one assessment against a limited part of the legal corpus and returns the report in HTML only. It shows you how the service works, not the full scope of a paid plan: paid plans cover more of the corpus, allow more assessments and add PDF, Markdown and JSON output. What each plan includes is set out at https://aiacts.ai/pricing.html.

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. No reason is required and no conditions apply.

If the paid plan did not deliver what its description promised, tell us at hello@aiacts.ai and we will support your refund request.

Refunds on renewals

After the first period, the subscription renews monthly. You may request a refund within 14 days of any renewal payment, in line with Paddle's own refund terms. Later than that, a renewal payment is not refunded unless the law requires it.

You can avoid an unwanted renewal by cancelling before the period ends.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and your access continues until that date. No further payments are taken.

Closing your account also cancels the subscription. Export any reports you want to keep before closing, because deletion follows the Retention Policy.

Changing plan

You can move to a different plan from your account. A change takes effect from the next billing period.
